IBPS Common Written Exam for 82 Region Rural Banks (RRBs) in Sep 2012

There are total of 82 RRBs currently in our country that will now recruit through a common written exam conducted by IBPS. The Posts are for Officers (Scale -I/II/III) and Office Assistants.



Important Dates

  • Online application registration: June 1 - 25, 2012,
  • Online Fee Payment - : June 1 - 25, 2012,
  • Offline Fee Payment - : June 4 - 30 , 2012,
  • Written Exam Date (Officers) - : September - 2, 2012,
  • Written Exam Date (Office Assistants) - : September - 9 , 2012,
Eligibility Criteria (As on June 1, 2012)
  • Age Limits
    • Office Assistants - 18 - 28 Years,
    • Officers (Scale - I)- 18 - 28 Years,
    • Officers (Scale - II)- 21 - 32 Years,
    • Officers (Scale - III)- Below 40 years
  •  Officers (Scale-III) .
    • Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks.
    • Min Five years of Experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution..
  •  Officers (Scale-II) .
    • There are various posts under this category such as General Banking officers and Specialist Officers.
    • Experience (1 - 2 Years) is required for each post so we suggest you to go through advertisement for more details about posts in this category.
  •  Officers (Scale-I) .
    • Degree in any discipline,
    • Proficiency in Local Language of state in which RRB is Located.
  • Office Assistants
    • Degree in any discipline,
    • Proficiency in Local Language of State in which RRB is Located.
  • Age Relaxation Criteria
    • For SC/ST - 5 Years,
    • For OBC - 3 Years,
    • For PWD - 10 Years,
    • For Ex-Serviceman - 5 Years

    • How to Apply
    • The Application Fee is as Below :-
      For Officers (Scale I, II & III) -
      - Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
      - Rs.450/- for all others
      For Office Assistants (Multipurpose) -
      - Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.
      - Rs.350/- for all others

      Payment can be done in Online or Offline Mode. 

ICICI Bank PO Recruitment for Batch Nov 2012 - Feb 2013


Important Dates:

Online registration : Till July 15, 2012,
Aptitude Test - July 2012,
GD/Interviews – September 2012. 
Two Batches will Join the course in Nov 2012 and Feb 2013,

Eligibility Criteria

Not to be above 25 yrs of age, as on Oct 31, 2012 (Should have born on or After Nov 31 1987),
Should have completed graduation with 55% Aggregate marks (No experience Required),
Any one in your family (Mother, Father, Brother and Sister) should not be an employee of ICICI Bank.

Selection Procedure

  • The Selection process involves 1) Aptitude test, 2) Psychometric Assessment, 3) GD & 4)Interview. More details about Test Date, venue etc. will be received by E-mail/SMS.
  • Those selected will undergo training for 12 months (with stipend) at Manipal Academy (Bangalore) in which they will be enrolled for MBA (Banking & Finance) degree.
  • On successful completion of On-campus training of 12 Months, candidates would be appointed in ICICI Bank as Asst.Managers with annual salary of more than 4 lakhs.
  • The Cost of Training is about 3.35 Lakhs that will be provided by ICICI Bank as Loan and will be deducted from their salaries in form of EMIs for 60 months.
  • After Joining the bank, Newly appointed POs will have an option of completing their MBA Degree (Of Duration is 18 months). Fee for this would be paid separately.
  • Their is no fee for this Application.
